Well I blinked and now the big race is neigh upon us.

Just curious on how everyone is taking in the race? Motortrend TV? Streaming with a VPN? Tablet?

I’m waiting until I see the Jalopnik ‘How to watch LeMans ’ post this week , then I’ll check and see if Bradley thinks is safe to stream the race from home.

You can never be too careful on the interwebs these days .

Hrmmm. Last year I think I had to stream it because wasn’t that the Motortrend catastrophe where it was supposed to stream if you subscribed and then didn’t? (Or was just onboards?)

I’m not sure how I’m watching. I fried my lightning to HDMI cable so I should figure it out soon in case I need another one to see it on the tv.

OK I remember trying to get Motortrend TV coverage last year and settling for a sparse connection. Hopefully this year it be different in a good way.

It is legit supposed to be fully covered with Motortrend this year. 

Last year I think I watched two hours of someone in Russia filming their tv over YouTube  with radio Le Mans as the audio.

Without all the big-time teams competing (and with other factors like, oh, the state of the world, home-schooling a 7-yr-old, trying to run a design business, etc), I’d completely slept on the race this year.

I can usually find a decent Eurosport live stream somewhere...

I usually VPN out of the U.S. and buy the WEC stream, TBH. They’re still getting my money, so I don’t feel too bad about it —I just don’t have to deal with MT’s technical difficulties. (Not that WEC’s app is perfect, either, but.)

I bit the bullet and paid $20 to stream the 4 remaining races back in Feb, then the ‘Rona hit. Probably need to bust out a Jedi Mind Trick to see  if my credit is still good.
